Fixed Issues for Version 19.3
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred when a custom field expression was added to the Rule Manager. When a new Rule was added with a custom field expression or a custom field expression was added to an existing Rule as the first item in the grid, an error was generated when the Rule was saved. This issue has been resolved and saving a Rule with a custom field expression no longer generates an error.

An issue occurred when the Send to Encompass button was clicked on the Qualify tab. Even though the loan was sent to Encompass, an error message “Unable to transmit loan.” was displayed. This issue has been resolved and if the loan is successfully sent to Encompass via the Send to Encompass button, the error message is not displayed.

An issue occurred where the Price$ value on the Qualify tab did not match the Proceeds value on the Summary tab (amount was off by $1). This issue has been resolved and the two values now match.
