| Change Type: Updated entry Change Date: 6/28/2019 Details: A note has been added under the Support for Temporary Buydowns heading on the Feature Enhancements page to provide clarification on how temporary buydowns are supported when using Custom Investors. Eligibility and pricing changes in support of buydowns are implemented at the discretion of the Investor. Clients using Custom Investors must implement their own eligibility and pricing changes supporting buydowns by submitting a request to EPPS Technical Support or making the changes in Custom Program Management (CPM), depending on the implementation. |
