Fixed Issues for June 2019 Service Pack
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred when a loan was qualified using a Test version of a Risk Matrix. If a Risk Matrix was created with both a Production and Test version with an enabled program, a loan was qualified that returned that program, and then the Test button was clicked, EPPS ignored the Test version of the Risk Matrix when qualifying the loan. This issue has been resolved and EPPS now uses the Test Version of a Risk Matrix when the Test button is clicked.

An issue occurred where two geography definitions were applied to a loan. When EPPS evaluated the geography definitions, the system only searched for matches with the State, County, and Zip Code, and disregarded the Census Tract, MSA, State Code, and County Code. This resulted in multiple geography definitions matching the search criteria. This issue has been resolved and the Census Tract, MSA, State Code, and County Code are now included in the geography definition search criteria, which returns only one applicable geography definition.

An issue occurred where the Base Margin in EPPS was not imported correctly into Encompass. If an Encompass loan was priced via EPPS, and then Encompass was updated with the data from EPPS, the Base ARM Margin (field ID 2647) was populated with the total margin. This issue has been resolved and the Base ARM Margin is now populated with the base margin.

The LTV and CLTV calculations have been updated for VA refinance loans.
- VA refinance loans without the VA IRRRL option selected on the General tab:
- The LTV and CLTV calculations will include the funding fee (i.e., total loan amount used in the calculations).
- VA refinance loans with the VA IRRRL option selected on the General tab:
- The LTV and CLTV calculations will not include the funding fee (i.e., base loan amount used in the calculations).

An issue occurred where the CLTV was incorrectly calculated for first mortgage purchases with simultaneous new HELOC draw/limit. If a first mortgage purchase with simultaneous new HELOC draw/limit loan was priced in Encompass using EPPS, the Subordinate Financing (field ID 140) value was incorrectly passed to EPPS as the subordinate loan amount and used in the CLTV calculation. This issue has been resolved and the Sub. Financing (field ID 3036) value is now always passed to EPPS as the subordinate loan amount for first mortgage purchases with simultaneous new HELOC draw/limit and used for the CLTV calculation.

An issue occurred where a relock request/worst case pricing pulled different pricing from the original lock because the effective time did not match between the two requests. This issue has been resolved and the correct pricing is now pulled because the relock request/worst case pricing effective date/time now matches the original lock date/time in Encompass.

An issue occurred where EPPS was pointing to the http version of the Login page (http://epps.elliemae.com/login.aspx). This issue has been resolved and EPPS now points to the https version of the Login page (https://epps.elliemae.com/login.aspx).
