Fixed Issues for Version 17.4
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

When Encompass users clicked the Update Encompass button on the Summary tab, “A system error has occurred” error message was generated. This issue has been resolved.
EPPS-16094

After users submitted a service request via Encompass for a loan file, the back arrow was enabled on the Services tab. When users submitted a service request on a second loan file and clicked on the back arrow, the previous loan’s service request was pulled into the current loan file. This issue has been resolved.
EPPS-14038

When users clicked on the Create a new version of this Geography link on the Geography Versions page, a “No Investors available” error was generated. This issue has been resolved.
EPPS-16183

A script error was generated when system administrators accessed the EPPS Dashboard tab (initial login and navigating to the tab) using the Admin link on the Encompass Product and Pricing settings screen. This issue has been resolved.
EPPS-15961

When a qualified rate export was viewed using the HTML or TSV link on the Rate Sheets tab, the rate sheet was populated with data from more than just the selected investor (data from multiple investors were displayed). This issue has been resolved.
