Sample Workflow - eSigning (Step 5)

Here is an example of the steps you'll take when you receive a Documents to Sign message from your loan originator. Follow these steps to access the loan documents your loan originator has sent to you.

Step 5 - Agree to receive documents electronically

Before you can view the documents, you need to agree to the terms of the Agree to receive disclosures electronically agreement. Read the document, and then click the I agree button.

• If you do not want to receive documents electronically, click the I do not agree button. You will not be able to eSign documents or view, print, and sign the documents unless you agree to receive the disclosures electronically.
