After logging in, the Loan Center displays your loan details.
NOTE: If you have more than one loan, the Loan Center displays a list of your loans. Click a loan to view its details, plus any attached documents and messages.
There are three types of messages that may appear in the Loan Center:
  • An eDisclosure is a group of electronic loan documents that you need to sign and return to your loan officer (e.g., the Good Faith Estimate and the 1003-URLA).
    • After opening the eDisclosure, you can print and then return the documents by fax (using the provided fax cover sheet) or by mail.
      -OR-
      After opening the eDisclosure, you can click one of the eSign buttons and sign and return the documents electronically. 
  • A Document Request consists of one or more electronic loan documents that you need to sign and return to your loan officer (e.g., the Reg-Z Initial Disclosure) or other documents that you need to send to your loan officer (e.g., pay stubs and tax records).
    • After viewing the Document Request, you can print and then return the documents by fax (using the provided fax cover sheet) or by mail.
  • A Status Update is a short message that updates you on the progress of your loan. Examples of a Status Online message include Loan Application is approved, Credit Ordered, and Loan is Funded.
To view a Document Request:
  1. After logging in, click a loan to view its details.
  2. In the Message section, click the Document Request you want to view.
    • All of the documents included in the Document Request are displayed.
    • All documents are in .pdf format. Adobe Reader is required to view these files.
To view an eDisclosure:
  1. After logging in, click a loan to view its details.
  2. In the Message section, click the eDisclosure you want to view.
  3. Read the Consent To Do Business Electronically (the eDisclosure Agreement), select I agree, and then click View Disclosure.
    • All of the documents included in the eDisclosure package are displayed.
    • All eDisclosures are in .pdf format. Adobe Reader is required to view these files.
To print a Document Request document:
  1. From within the Document Request, click the Printer icon.
  2. Select your printer settings, including a Print Range.
  3. Click OK.
To print an eDisclosure document:
  1. From within the eDisclosure package, click the Printer icon.
  2. Select your printer settings, including a Print Range.
  3. Click OK.

  1. From the Message section on the Loan Detail screen, click Print Documents.
  2. Read the Consent To Do Business Electronically (the eDisclosure Agreement), select I agree, and then click View Disclosure.
  3. Click the Printer icon.
  4. Select your printer settings, including a Print Range.
  5. Click OK.
To sign and return a document using eSigning:
  1. After logging in, click a loan to view its details.
  2. In the Message section, click the eDisclosure you want to view.
  3. In the What to do section, click the here link to view the eDisclosure Agreement and agree or decline to receive electronic documents.
    -OR-
    Click the appropriate eSign button.
    • Borrower eSign- Click this button if you are the primary borrower.
    • CoBorrower eSign- Click this button if you are the co-borrower.
    • Both eSign - Click this button if both the borrower and co-borrower are signing at the same time. After the primary borrower signs the documents, the co-borrower will be prompted to sign.
  4. After agreeing to the terms of the eDisclosure Agreement, enter the password your mortgage broker or loan officer provided to you, and then click Next.
    -OR-
    Select the correct answer to the Security Questions, and then click Next. You must answer at least four of the questions correctly. If you are unable to provide at least four correct answers, you will be returned to the Loan Details screen where you will need to print, sign, and return the documents.
  5. Carefully review all of the documents, and then click Next
  6. Click the Yes, I will eSign button near the bottom of the screen.
    • Your mortgage broker or loan officer is notified via email that your signed documents are available to retrieve.
  7. The signed documents are displayed. Scroll through the documents to view your electronic signature.
  8. Click Back to Loan Detail to return to the Loan Detail screen.
To upload and return a requested document:
  1. After logging in, click a loan to view its details.
  2. In the Message section, click the Document Request you want to view.
  3. In the Upload File section, select the File Type that best describes the requested document.
  4. Type the location of the document or click Browse and select the document.
  5. Click Upload File
    • Your mortgage broker or loan officer is notified via email that the requested document is available  to retrieve.
To save the documents included in a Document Request or eDisclosure package to your computer:
  1. After opening the Document Request or eDisclosure package, click the Save icon.
  2. Select a folder location, and then click Save.
