Sample Workflow - Print, Sign, and Return Documents via Fax (Step 5)

Here is an example of the steps you'll take when you receive a Documents to Print, Sign, and Return message from your loan originator. Follow these steps to log in to your loan originator's website and access the loan documents they have sent you. You will then print and sign them, and then send them back to your loan originator via fax.

Step 5 - Agree to receive documents electronically

Before you can print the documents, you need to agree to the terms of the Consent To Do Business Electronically (the eDisclosure Agreement). Read the document, and then click the I Accept button.

• If you do not want to receive documents electronically, click the I Decline button. You will not be able to eSign documents, but you can view, print, and sign the documents instead. Once all the documents are signed, you can return them to your loan originator via fax, regular mail, or by scanning and uploading them to your loan originator's website.
