Documents to Print, Sign, and Return
View a Sample Workflow of Faxing Documents to the Loan Originator
The Loan Detail page provides important information about your loan and any messages or requests that have been sent by your loan officer (or other loan team member).
For example, your loan officer may send you documents that you need to print, sign, and then return (for example, the Good Faith Estimate or the Uniform Residential Loan Application). This type of message is labeled Documents to Print, Sign, and Return.
To View a Message
- On the Loan Detail page, click a blue link listed in the Message section. When you click a link, the content of the message is displayed.
- The name of this blue link can be customized by your loan officer, but Electronic Loan Document Request is a common example.
- Click the blue link again to hide the content of the message.
