Loan Detail Page
The Loan Detail page provides important information about your loan and any messages or requests that have been sent by your loan officer (or other loan team member). This page also provides the Loan Contact Information section that provides contact information for the primary loan team member working on your loan file.
Types of Messages:
There are different types of messages that may be sent to you by your loan originator. Each message that you have received is listed in the Message section.

A Documents to eSign message contains one ore more loan documents that you need to sign, and then return, to your loan officer (for example, the Good Faith Estimate or the Uniform Residential Loan Application).
- After reviewing the documents, you can then sign and return the documents electronically without printing any of them.

To Review and/or Send Documents to Your Loan Originator
There are many options for sending requested documents back to your loan originator. These options are determined by the type of message your loan officer has sent, the type of documents being requested, and the signing options that are provided. The instructions below provide the steps to follow for each type of message, document request, and signing method.
Note: The latest version and the preceding version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer web browsers are supported for use with WebCenter site pages. (For example, when the latest version of Internet Explorer is version 9, the preceding version is version 8.)
Documents to eSign
When you open a Documents to eSign message, a list of the documents included in the message is displayed near the bottom.
Note: All documents are in PDF format. Adobe Reader is required to view these files.
If your loan officer has provided the eSigning option, you can review these documents online, and then sign the documents electronically (known as eSigning), without printing anything. Your loan officer will receive an email notification when the signed documents are available to them.
- After opening the message, click the eSign button next to your name.
- Read the Consent To Do Business Electronically (the eDisclosure Agreement), and then click I Accept.
- For security purposes, enter your Authorization Code or answer the security questions when prompted, and then Next.
- Your loan officer is required to create your personal Authorization Code and then must tell you what it is. If you enter the incorrect code two times, you (as well as the co-borrower) will not be permitted to eSign the documents. After the second attempt, the fax cover sheet and the documents included in the message will automatically display. Print these documents, and then sign and return them using one of the methods described in the sections below.
Important Tip: Your Authorization Code is different than the password you used to log into your loan officer's website. Your loan officer is required to create your Authorization Code and then tell you what it is. If your loan officer has not provided you with your Authorization Code, you must contact them to obtain it.
- If prompted with Security Questions, enter the correct answers, and then click Next. Note that you must answer at least four of the questions correctly. If you are unable to provide at least four correct answers, you (as well as the co-borrower) will not be permitted to eSign the documents. If you click Next without providing at least four correct answers, the fax cover sheet and the documents included in the message will automatically display. Print these documents, and then sign and return them using one of the methods described in the sections below.
- After providing your Authorization Code or correct answers, the first document in the message is displayed.
- Review the documents page by page, and then click the yellow signature points to apply your electronic signature.
- Once you finish eSigning, the signed documents are automatically sent to your loan originator.
Note: Both the borrower and co-borrower must complete the eSigning process before the documents are automatically sent to your loan officer.
