Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved With This Release

The following issues were fixed with this release:

  • Priority View Error: Some instances experienced an issue where the following message displayed when attempting to access the Priority View.

Error: Unable to connect with Velocify at this time. Please try again in a few moments.

This has been fixed so that the Priority View can now be accessed without any issues.

  • Lead Conversion Issue with Synced Records: When a synced Lead record in Velocify Pulse was converted, the record was not syncing the IsConverted flag. This has been fixed.
