Velocify Pulse 26.3 Sandbox Release: Feature Enhancements

Redesigned Widget Layouts Admin page and all its sub-pages:

• WCAG 2.1 accessibility support - no longer reliant on unsupported AngularJS

• New look and feel

Call Recording Transcription in Pulse has been redesigned as a Salesforce-native Lightning page, replacing the previous Twilio i-framed implementation. This enhancement provides a more seamless user experience and enables adoption of the latest capabilities delivered by the Dial IQ platform.

• Replaced the embedded Twilio transcript page with a native Salesforce Lightning experience

• Integrated with existing Dial IQ platform APIs for transcript data and functionality

• Added in-page call playback for easier call review

• Introduced talk ratio analytics to provide conversation insights

• Enabled timestamp shortcuts for quick navigation within call transcripts

• Added confidence indicators to improve transparency around transcript accuracy

NOTES:

• This feature is available on instances that have Dial-IQ and Call Recording enabled

• The feature is disabled by default. To enable it, contact your Customer Success Manager

New feature flag added to ignore sharing rules for Pull distribution. This enhancement is designed for organizations that use private lead ownership models in Salesforce but want to take advantage of Velocify's pull distribution capabilities:

• When the feature flag is enabled, users can view pull distribution results and claim records even if they do not own the record or have Salesforce reassignment permissions

• Applies to both Pull Preview and Pull Blind distribution programs

• When the feature flag is disabled, existing pull distribution behavior remains unchanged and Salesforce permissions continue to be enforced
