Remote Site Settings
In preparation to use ice.com domain names and to better secure our APIs we are moving from Akamai WAF to AWS WAF. As a result, two new URLs must be added in Remote Site Settings. These settings are required so that callouts can be made to control the authentication token between Pulse and the Velocify rules engine/backend.
To support this transition, go to Setup> Remote Site Settings, add the following new URLS, and ensure the following are flagged as Active:
-
Velocify_Security_API:
-
Old URL: https://secuirty.prod.velocify.com
-
ADD New URL: https://security.api.prod.velocify.com
-
Remote Site Name: Velocify_Security_API
-
-
-
Velocify_Pulse_API:
-
Old URL: https://webapi.prod.velocify.com
-
ADD New URL: https://pulse.api.prod.velocify.com
-
Remote Site Name: Velocify_Pulse_API2
-
-
You need to implement this prior to the Production Release.
