Velocify Pulse 25.3 Major Release: Known Issues
This section documents the issues discovered in the Pulse 25.3 Sandbox Release and fixed with the Velocify Pulse Release scheduled for July 24, 2025.
Token and Org Reconnection
Remote Site/API Settings Mismatch
After installing the 1.320 managed package, certain Remote Site Settings and API settings values were incorrectly updated. Due to this, the automatic token refresh job failed and resulted in org reconnection failure.
The 1.320.1 managed package reverts the Remote Site Settings and API settings to their previous values.
Connecting Admin users can reconnect their Pulse application by following the steps listed below:

Log into your Velocify Pulse 25.3 Sandbox environment directly.

Click the Velocify Admin tab, and then click the Start Setup button to follow the steps provided in the Authorize Velocify Pulse wizard.

If you are unsure of your Velocify credentials, click the Forgot Password? link in the Velocify Pulse login window or contact ICE Support for assistance.

If you are a Velocify admin but not the connecting admin, clicking the Velocify Admin tab displays the page with the name of the connecting admin user.
