This section documents the issues that will be fixed in a future release.

Issues to Be Resolved in a Future Release

ICE Mortgage Technology is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

  • Priority View Teams [PULS-7591]: Priority View Teams with duplicate names can sometimes display the incorrect team members.

    • Workaround: Use unique names for Priority View Teams until this is resolved.

  • Call History Report [PULS-7573]: Previously stored customizations in the Call History report (column changes/resizing) will be reset upon release of 24.3. Moving forward, all changes will once again be saved.

  • Actions [PULS-7586]: Admins receive a success message upon saving a duplicate Action, but the new Action will not be created.

    • Workaround: Continue to use unique names for Actions until this is resolved.

  • Trigger Status Change [PULS-7599]: When a desktop's display is set above 100%, the Trigger Status Change function in the Manage Status page might be hidden from view.

    • Workaround: Zoom out your browser window.
