Velocify Pulse 24.2 September Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved With This Release

The following issues were fixed with this release:

  • Synced Custom Object Records with VRH [PULS-7280]: Deleting a standard object (e.g. Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact) was also deleting all synced custom objects’ VRH (Velocify Record History)

    [Available in Sandbox environments on September 3, 2024, and in Production environments on September 5, 2024]

  • Dial-IQ Call Recording [PULS-7285]: Audio Control button in Call History Report is grayed out - preventing playback and download of recordings

    Available in both Sandbox and Production environments on September 3, 2024.
