Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved With This Release

The following issues were fixed with this release:

  • Distribution Program:

    • Lead assignment fails during distribution

    • Leads incorrectly distributing multiple times concurrently

    • Sometimes for the first distribution of the day, for Velocify Pulse instances with an expired Salesforce access token, but not an expired Salesforce refresh token, Lead Distribution in Velocify LeadManager/LoanEngage does not update in/sync with Velocify Pulse (Salesforce)
