Velocify Pulse 23.3 January Service Pack: Feature Enhancements

Velocify Pulse admins can now use Inbound Hunt Group to distribute existing records - utilizing round robin distribution to help satisfy compliance guidelines.

Prior to this release, if an existing record went through an Inbound Hunt Group distribution program, the record owner was not updated in Salesforce. As a result, the Salesforce Owner and Velocify User fields were out of sync potentially causing workflow issues. To address this gap, the Salesforce owner field is now updated upon successful assignment to an agent. If no agent is found by the Hunt Program, the record owner will remain as currently assigned in Salesforce.
