SMS Update
SMS Seat Count Alerts
The LeadManager 19.2 August Service Pack Release included updates to the Manage Users page enabling administrators and other authorized users to monitor and manage SMS seat limits, and license and user counts. Starting with this release, warnings for SMS seat count enforcement are displayed only to users with edit access to the Manage Users page.
To view these alerts, log in as a LeadManager administrator, and if the Bell icon on the top right corner of the page displays a number, click the Bell icon.
