Velocify LeadManager 26.2 Major Release: Feature Enhancements

A new global setting enables lenders to define default options for assigning either the user or the lead owner when exporting to the Encompass Loan Origination System. Exports to Encompass Consumer Connect will always use the lead owner rather than the user.

This solution establishes the appropriate architecture on the Velocify side for synchronizing data with Surefire. Surefire now receives notifications for all lead updates, including the nature of each change, and has access to an API for retrieving lead data. The API allows specification of fields to limit unnecessary data transfer and applies to all fields—not just the originally defined five. This approach replaces both the initial implementation and subsequent efforts to export fields from Velocify via the post template system.

This phase focuses specifically on supporting contact transfer updates in Surefire to reflect lead ownership changes.

New APIs now available enabling users to locate direct mail records and convert them into leads for follow-up actions:

A new AI Call Summarization feature is now available. With the introduction of Auto-Transcribe in Dial-IQ, call transcripts are automatically summarized into a concise three-line summary using the Call Summarization module. These summaries are stored with the call record and associated lead record. Users can choose to automatically add the summary as post-call notes for follow-up actions. Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as SSNs and account numbers, is redacted in summaries, while key details like names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers are retained to support lead management and follow-up.
