Velocify LeadManager 25.3 Major Release
This is a preview of the upcoming Velocify LeadManager 25.3 Major Release. The areas of focus for this release, along with feature enhancements included in the release, are documented in this Release Preview. Content is subject to change until the official product release.
This Release Preview is not the Release Notes. Release Previews provide you with an early look at new features and updates included in the upcoming release. In the weeks after this Release Preview is published, additional information (which can include new items, screen examples, expanded feature descriptions, and step-by-step instructions) will be added. Once all of the information for the release has been added, this Release Preview will be relabeled to Release Notes and no further planned updates will be made.

Feature Enhancements

Manual Lead Import Service [VEL-22189]: Velocify users will now automatically receive the latest version of the manual import service (the optional migration period has ended) within their Velocify instance. The improved version offers faster imports, larger file support, and improved simulation as well as post-import reporting. File formats now include csv, xls, xlsx, tab and txt.

NMLS State Licensing [VEL-77079]: When automatic updates have been enabled, the licensing update will now be active for all users. Horizontal scroll bar has also been removed from the State License section.

Call History [VEL-51521]: Improved SQL, API and Resiliency of Call History report and API.

SMS Chat [VEL-76695]: Updated warning messages

Call Transcription [VEL-74451]: You can press a button in call history report to see a transcript of any Call Recording.

Redact is always ON, and cannot be disabled; Names, Phone numbers, SSN, Address, PII - will all be redacted in the transcript.

Pull Preview Click to Dial [VEL-78820]: Pull Preview window now enables agents to Click to Dial a phone number to make a call to a lead before they assign the lead to themselves.

DMARC for Email [VEL-76636]: Default DMARC setting added to DNS Entries list when authenticating a domain for Email in Client Settings> Email Settings

If you do not already have it, add DMARC to your Domain Name System (DNS). You can see the entry you need when you click OPTIONS for your authenticated email domain on this page. If you do not add DMARC, your email may be rejected.

Ensure that you send emails from your own authenticated domain, not from securesend.org domain.

Asset Service [VEL-78285]: Asset service (Velocify storage service for resources such as Voicemail recordings and greetings) has been updated and improved. Maximum voicemail recording size is 5.5 Megabytes.

Unsubscribe [VEL-78279]: Improved handling for email addresses and unsubscribes

Telephony Compliance:

Status [VEL-79578]: Updated Telephony Compliance information for Velocify users registered for any of the categories. If you are not already registered, visit the Telephony Compliance page and register for all that apply.

Additional Updates [VEL-79771]: Telephony Compliance pages updated with Brand Contact Email note and more industry types.

Encompass Web Interface:

SMS [VEL-78832]: Encompass web interface now supports Velocify SMS Chat. You can send and receive SMS messages with your contacts.

Prospect Engagement - Manual SMS [VEL-20781]: Loan officers will now be able to send all SMS messages (templated and manual) through the Prospects Tab in Encompass web interface.

Fixed Issues
The following issues have been resolved with this release:

Lead.DuplicateId [VEL-53099]: {Lead.DuplicateId} was not producing a value (child record lead id #) when utilized on a Post or Email Template

MS Outlook [VEL-81012]: SSL Error in MS Outlook when clicking tracked links in Velocify emails (e.g., Calendar, Apply Now, etc.)

Posts [VEL-79703]: Certain posts received by Velocify simultaneously could fail and remain unprocessed. To address the issue, Post feature has been revised to reprocess all failures up to three attempts.
