Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LeadManager is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release

The following issues have been fixed with this release:

Lead.DuplicateId [VEL-53099]: {Lead.DuplicateId} was not producing a value (child record lead id #) when utilized on a Post or Email Template

Posts [VEL-79703]: Certain posts received by Velocify simultaneously could fail and remain unprocessed. To address the issue, Post feature has been revised to reprocess all failures up to three attempts.

Voicemail [VEL-80237]: Called back count error fixed

Agent Settings [VEL-79277]: Retrieval error fix

SMS [VEL-80200]: Lead messages did not display in chat; no SMS notification from Leads Distribution. This has been fixed so that lead messages and distributed lead notifications are now displaying correctly in SMS Chat window
