Velocify LeadManager 23.3 Major Release: Feature Enhancements

When Loan and Lead files are worked on simultaneously, users can now manage their engagement strategy in Velocify without the lead information being overridden by synchronization with Encompass. Once a certain milestone is reached, the sync can continue normally.

This feature is not available out of the box. Contact your Velocify Client Success Manager to enable this feature.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now an option for Velocify web application users. MFA is an added layer of security used to verify an end user's identity when they sign in. When enabled for a user role, in addition to the user's login name and password, Velocify will also verify the identity of the user via the delivery of a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) at sign in. Velocify’s MFA currently supports email and SMS messages for OTP delivery. A future version will include a voice (telephone call) option. Velocify administrators can enable the MFA Setting feature in Client Settings under Preferences.

Web application reset password process updated with this release. With the new process, a temporary access link is sent to the user's login email address to update the password. Users must click the link in the email to reset their password.

You can now see special characters in the Script Form View including letters with accent marks, foreign language punctuation marks, and Unicode characters.

Since only Unicode characters that can be encoded by .NET's System.Web.HttpUtility.HtmlEncode library are supported, Unicode such as ◆ ♢ ❖ ◇ ⬖ are not supported.

New area codes have been introduced in the United States over the past few years and more are planned to be added in the upcoming year. The following new area codes are being supported with this release:

Velocify admins can now save a post template using JSON POST even if field tags are included in the body without quotation marks. Prior to this release, this was not supported and could have prevented customers from using field tags for JSON values that don't use quotation marks such as a checkbox field or an integer.

Starting with this release, the Manage SMS page will no longer be accessible if you do not have SMS enabled for your Velocify instance.

Improved performance for SMS Real Time report Template filter to ensure all data populates in the report.

Lead import and creation when lead opts-out from SMS. Released with the Velocify LeadManager 23.2 August Service Pack.

Throughout 2023, UX components have been updated to support new framework and current technologies. As a result, some will display with slight differences in appearance and/or functionality. These include:

• Changes to behavior in certain pages e.g. scrolling may be required to view entire pages of information or content

• Visualization changes e.g. colors or style may appear different than before

• Changes in certain reporting interfaces e.g. parameter inputs and/or outputs may appear different than before

A new Email Logs tab added to the lead Add/Edit page to provide lead-related email communication details.

Initially announced with the Velocify 23.3 Release Preview, this feature will be available in a future release.
