Velocify LeadManager 25.1 April Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LeadManager is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release

The following issue has been fixed with this release:

SMS Opt-Out [VEL-79964]: When SMS messages fail to be delivered, carriers return us reason codes. For some codes for reasons like “Landline”, Velocify does a “soft” opt-out of the lead phone number to ensure no more messages are sent to it. With the Velocify 25.1 Major Release, we added reasons to the SMS Opt Out report. The SMS Opt Out report provides visibility to these and enables you to opt back in lead phone numbers you want to try again to send SMS. With the Velocify 25.1 Major Release, the SMS service was updated and a defect was introduced where Velocify is soft-opting out based on some reason codes that previously did not get soft-opted out. The code has been corrected and will be re-deployed in this release. Following this Critical Patch, we will manually correct the opt-outs that should not have occurred.
