Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LeadManager is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved with This Release

The following issues have been fixed with this release:

  • Encompass (Web) Prospect Engagement: Lead Assignment Notification emails did not trigger when lead owner was changed in Encompass Web. Starting with this release, Manual Ownership and Status changes in Encompass Web trigger any communication configured in Velocify:

    • Manual assignment change: Lead assignment template, First assignment template

    • Manual status change: Post templates, SMS templates, email templates
