Fixed Issues
The following issues were fixed with this release:
- Channel Limit error: Previously, if leads with an active SMS channel were reassigned to a new user then the new user would automatically absorb those channels even if those channels were stale (indicating no new conversations in last 7 days). In situations where a user was re-assigned a very large number of leads this could sometimes cause the newly assigned user to see a Channel Limit error within the SMS Chat Window. With this fix, stale channels will no longer be automatically absorbed by a newly assigned user.
- Lead Score update: After a Lead Scoring criteria was disabled or changed, a lead's lead score would not update to reflect the change until it was edited and saved.
- Disabled Post Template: In rare instances, inactive post templates could get stuck in the outbound queue and cause delays with active scheduled posts. This has been fixed.
