Fixed Issues
The following issues were fixed with this release:
- Distribution Filters: In some instances Distribution Program filters using a blank value such as 'Day Phone equal to (Blank Value)' were not being respected. This has been fixed.
- Softphone: When the Softphone feature was enabled for the instance but disabled for an individual user, calls would fail when the user attempted to click to dial using their normal Dial IQ number. This has been fixed.
- Calls On/Off: When the maximum number of shotgun attempts was exceeded, the Calls button could be toggled. This has been fixed so that if the ability to toggle calls is disabled in the Manage Users page, calls cannot be toggled, irrespective of shotgun attempts.
- Phone Number Format in Outbound SMS: Some user and company phone number field tags were formatting incorrectly when used in an SMS template. Formatting now includes parentheses around the area code and a dash. Affected fields include Company.Phone, User.Phone.Mobile, User.Phone.Other, and User.Phone.Work.
- Performance Metrics Report: The Performance Metric report was timing out for some clients when filtered for all users. This has been resolved.
- GetLead API Calls: Several GetLead API calls were updated to improve speed and efficiency.
- New Inbound Numbers: Call Flow and Lead Source for newly purchased inbound numbers were not reflected correctly after initial configuration.
- Dial-IQ: Actions taken in the dialer now count as a page refresh.
