26.1 April Critical Patch 3

Release Date: April 30, 2026

The following issue has been fixed with this release:

  • Dial-IQ: Error occurred in a small number of cases when sending SMS messages to leads. This issue was caused by a database update affecting unusually long legacy database names. This release increases the character limit, resolving the issue and preventing recurrence.

Originally published as the 26.1 May Critical Patch; this has been renamed to 26.1 April Critical Patch 3, with release date updated to April 30, 2026.

26.1 April Critical Patch 2

Release Date: April 9, 2026

The following issue has been fixed with this release:

  • Dial-IQ: Some outbound Click‑to‑Dial calls experienced delays and failed, with a recorded voice message stating, “An application error has occurred, we’re sorry”. This has been fixed so that calls now connect consistently.

  • Calendar Events: Edited calendar events did not trigger email notifications

Workaround: Not required after this release.

  • To send a new email notification, create a new calendar event for the lead
