Velocify LoanEngage 26.2 Major Release

Feature Enhancements

• Lead Export Ownership [VEL-85214]: A new global setting enables lenders to define default options for assigning either the user or the lead owner when exporting to the Encompass Loan Origination System. Exports to Encompass Consumer Connect will always use the lead owner rather than the user.

• Updated Direct Mail Record APIs [VEL-88339]: New APIs now available enabling users to locate direct mail records and convert them into leads for follow-up actions

• Lead Ownership Sync with Surefire [VEL-85249]: This solution establishes the appropriate architecture on the Velocify side for synchronizing data with Surefire. Surefire now receives notifications for all lead updates, including the nature of each change, and has access to an API for retrieving lead data. The API allows specification of fields to limit unnecessary data transfer and applies to all fields—not just the originally defined five. This approach replaces both the initial implementation and subsequent efforts to export fields from Velocify via the post template system.

  This phase focuses specifically on supporting contact transfer updates in Surefire to reflect changes in lead ownership.

• AI Call Summary in Call Transcript [VEL-84753]: 

  • New call transcript page

  • Redact PII client setting

  • Action Notes auto-populated with Call Summary

  • Call transcript link displayed in Lead page, inbound call details, lead call summary reports

  • Call summary now leverages GenICE

  • AI audit logging support for token usage

• Telephony Compliance [VEL-89458]: Two new required fields added to Telephony Compliance SMS A2P registration page:
