Highlights of this release include the following:

Feature Enhancements

• Call Transcription [VEL-82124]: Transcript (near Call Recording) now hyperlinked in Lead Add/Edit, Lead Call Summary, and Inbound Call Details pages. A new report - Call Recording Transcript - with filters for lead, agent, and others is also being introduced with this release

• SMS Enhancement - RCS Implementation [VEL-82479]: RCS chat menu status icons now display for read messages

• Dial-IQ:

  • Hold Music [VEL-13285]: You can now play custom hold music when calls are on hold while waiting for your call distribution program to find an agent

  • Fallback Number Report and Data Export CSV [VEL-48715]: New CSV reports displaying details of missed calls (which calls were missed and who they are from) after an outage or missed calls
