Highlights of this release include the following:

Feature Enhancements

• Email: Auto Actions [VEL-79993]: Ability to trigger automatic actions based on email events

• Dial-IQ:

  • SMS Chat [VEL-76599]: Displays Delivered and Sent status with this release

  • Call Transcription [VEL-80535]:

    • New auto-transcription capability - contact your Customer Success Manager if you want to enable this feature for your Velocify instance

    • New Summary and Sentiment operators

    • Transcript display enhancements

  • Email Notification on Edit/Delete Public Voicemail [VEL-78876]: An agent can subscribe to a public voicemail. If the public voicemail is either edited or deleted, then:

    • Inactive/deleted agent will not receive any email notifications, regardless of whether Dial-IQ is enabled or disabled

    • Active Agents with Dial-IQ enabled or disabled will receive an email notification

  • Telephony Compliance [VEL-80021]:

    • Ability to synch compliance registration settings to carriers / telecom providers with a Refresh button or via webhook

    • Ability to ensure all (new) phone numbers are registered.

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved with this release:

• Time Zone Protect by State [VEL-45897]: Distribution programs incorrectly included records that did not qualify based on time zone
