Velocify LoanEngage 25.2 Major Release

This is a preview of the upcoming Velocify LoanEngage 25.2 Major Release. The areas of focus for this release, along with feature enhancements included in the release, are documented in this Release Preview. Content is subject to change until the official product release.

This Release Preview is not the Release Notes. Release Previews provide you with an early look at new features and updates included in the upcoming release. In the weeks after this Release Preview is published, additional information (which can include new items, screen examples, expanded feature descriptions, and step-by-step instructions) will be added. Once all of the information for the release has been added, this Release Preview will be relabeled to Release Notes and no further planned updates will be made.

What's in This Release

Highlights of this release include the following:

Feature Enhancements

  • Dial-IQ:

    • Telephony Compliance (VEL-77202): Ability to view and manage telephony compliance registrations from Velocify

    • Area Code Based Call Recording (VEL-76919):

      • Pause/ Resume Recording Control: This setting needs to be enabled. If this setting is disabled, the Area Code Call Recording won't work as per expectations, and you will be unable to switch on (or off) call recording during a live call.

      • New Default States Button: A new Default State Compliance Settings button has been added to the Area Code Call Recording UI - Call Recording Not Allowed Section. When clicked, default area codes - CA, DE, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NV, NH, PA, WA, CT states are filtered out from call recording i.e. Call Recording Not Allowed check box gets selected.

      • New Reset All Button: Use this to reset all the Area Code Call Recording by State settings.

    • Agent Opt-Outs for SMS (VEL-68330): If an agent opts out their phone number from SMS by texting "STOP", text messages such as new lead notifications and reminders will not be sent to the agent. Agent can opt back in by texting "START"

  • Prospect Engagement:

    • Email Support (VEL-77182): Ability to send manual emails from the Prospects tab in Encompass web interface

    • Create Opportunity - Restrictive SSO Support (VEL-72273): Prior to this release, creating an Opportunity from a Lead from Prospects (Encompass web interface) required the acting user to have both their Encompass username and password stored in their Velocify User Settings. This meant that Encompass users with restrictive SSO (which does not assign a password) were unable to utilize the Lead to Opportunity feature. Starting with this release, the mentioned process will no longer require an Encompass password for authentication.
