Velocify LoanEngage 24.3 Major Release: Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LoanEngage is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
The following issues have been fixed with this release:

Post Template Lead Update Fails if Triggered from Lead Service [VEL-73102]: The Post Template Lead Update was failing when triggered by the Lead Service. Some clients have post templates that call PossibleNow to verify the phone number. It is configured to update the lead based on the response. This lead update fails if the lead is created from an Inbound call, which is handled by Leads Service. Leads Service internally calls Mapping Service.

Import [VEL-74551]: Failure/error messages were incorrectly indicated to Lead Provider in response to a successful import.

Action History [VEL-72037]: The Last Action Date and Last Contact Attempt Date not aligning with the Action History of the Lead

Calendar Events Reassigning to Original User [VEL-72931]: After a lead was re-assigned, certain calendar events that were created via an Action, were automatically assigning back to the User that created the calendar event

Import with same Unique Field for Importing value results in "This lead no longer exists" [VEL-72034]: Certain duplicate leads were marked incorrectly as 'Failure' versus 'Duplicate' when imported with the same unique fields as an existing lead

Error occurs when taking action Interview Scheduled [VEL-37376]: When an Action and an Event were taken, an error was occurring forcing the User to select ok and take the action again to record the action on the lead

Call History Report [VEL-68951]: Call History reports were displaying a tick symbol in the grid menu on any columns removed before clicking the Export button

SMS Settings [VEL-46275]: SMS messages were being sent via email when user not assigned. To fix the issue, functionality has been updated so that when a lead is re-assigned, response Email from the SMS is not delivered.

Dialer Call History Report [VEL-69351]: UrlIsProtected (12).aspx file instead of mp3 file downloaded when downloading a recording on the Dialer Call History Report page

Add/Edit User Page Access [VEL-72369]: Unable to access Add/Edit user page after resetting the dialer

SMS Opt Out Report [VEL-74901, VEL-74144, VEL-75036]:

Agent ID was zero when opted out by system on Twilio error code. To fix the issue functionality has been updated so that opt outs by system are recorded with -100 Agent Id if lead is unassigned

When the today date filter was used on the SMS Optout report, it was miscalculated. Some date filters on the SMS history and real time reports were not accurate.

SMS Reports [VEL-73119.]: Invite/Remind reports for invite/reminds sent via SMS were not being included in SMS Reports
