Velocify LoanEngage 24.2 Major Release

This is a preview of the upcoming Velocify LoanEngage 24.2 Major Release. The areas of focus for this release, along with feature enhancements included in the release, are documented in this Release Preview. Content is subject to change until the official product release.

This Release Preview is not the Release Notes. Release Previews provide you with an early look at new features and updates included in the upcoming release. In the weeks after this Release Preview is published, additional information (which can include new items, screen examples, expanded feature descriptions, and step-by-step instructions) will be added. Once all of the information for the release has been added, this Release Preview will be relabeled to Release Notes and no further planned updates will be made.

Lead Distribution

• State Licensing Distribution Filters [VEL-64902]: In combination with the licensing feature released with the 23.2 Major Release, admins can now add agent-level distribution filters based on state licensing info. For example, if an agent is only licensed for CA and AZ, Velocify can automatically add a restrictive filter “Property State contains, CA, AZ” to a particular distribution program.

Surefire

• New Integration - Velocify and Surefire [VEL-66693]: The key features listed below are now available in Velocify (standalone) and Encompass Web Prospects tab:

  • Bidirectional data integration between Surefire and Velocify*

  • Ability to utilize Surefire data into Velocify standard functions - administration, lead forms, invite-remind, LOS export, reporting and communications

  • Enhanced versions of Velocify workflow, prioritization/views and distribution features utilizing Surefire data

  • Hotlist feature (pre-packaged lists, campaigns, and campaign events) available in Normal View and Priority View

  • Surefire specific duplicate management

  • Surefire specific reports and logs

  • Surefire data availability in Encompass Web Prospects tab**

*Bi-Directional data integration excludes records/use cases that are unique to Velocify e.g. Velocify Add Lead, Velocify Lead Import, Velocify Inbound Lead Creation, Velocify Encompass Lead Create, Velocify Consumer Connect Incompletes (that didn't originate at Surefire), etc. These Velocify capabilities will continue unchanged within Velocify only. These capabilities will be address in Phase 2 (24.3)

SMS

• SMS History Report - Opt-Out And Error Rates Filters [VEL-68775, VEL-73015, VEL-70356]: Opt-Out and Error metrics were added to SMS History report filters for Templates, Message Source, and others with the Velocify 24.1 Major Release. We needed two updates to make this fully functional. The first (Velocify 24.1CP4) added template and lead source data that was missing and caused the report to not dispay all templates in the filter. The second (Velocify 24.1CP5) was needed to ensure the new metrics are collated and presented properly. The feature has been fully developed with this release. You should monitor these metrics closely and ensure the Opt-Out rate is at or under 2% and the Error rate is at or under 10%.

• Quota Reset [VEL-66302]: Quotas for SMS and/or Email are now reset every month to fix an earlier sporadic issue with this feature

• Forbidden Keyword Blocking [VEL-69570]: Messages containing forbidden keywords are flagged to disallow sending the message until the forbidden keywords are removed.

• Lead Import and Creation from Encompass [VEL-64425]: Since are required to get consent from each lead to send SMS, a lead may opt out from SMS. This release supports importing/adding a lead to Velocify and immediately opting them in or out from SMS.

• Opt Out Audit Log Improvements [VEL-65476]: Prior to this release, Opt-Out Audit log overwrote the previous record with the latest and as a result visibility into the past actions associated with a phone number was lost. To address this issue, a new record is created for every opt-out request, with this release.

• A2P 10DLC and LV Standard Registration: [VEL-54119]: For existing SMS users, or whenever a new SMS client is onboarded, A2P (Application to Person) 10DLC (10 digit long code)/Low-Volume Standard registration will soon be available in the Telephony Compliance workflow in the UI for enhanced delivery and performance.

Dial-IQ

• Admin Role Update - Telephony Compliance [VEL-67836]: A new Telephony Compliance setting has been added to Roles and Permissions with this release. The setting is enabled by default for admin roles.

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved with this release:

• Duplicate Programs [VEL-70872]: Confirmed Duplicate Report throws an Invalid Column Name exception error

• Encompass Consumer Connect Invite/Remind [VEL-70987]: Sending an invitation using the Invite Lead to Apply button, to Puerto Rico-based phone numbers, displays an error message if the invite is sent

• Call History Data Export [VEL-66373]: 403 forbidden error displayed when exporting call history data to csv

• Legacy Scheduler [VEL-66310]: Errors in scheduled batches cancel all future batches in line

• User Call Activity [VEL-70873]: Selecting one user in the User Call Activity displaying calls for all agents

• SMS Chat Window [VEL-70884]: Conversation Not Found" error displayed when attempting to send a SMS through the chat window

• SMS Notifications [VEL-70150]: New lead SMS notifications to agent does not send and results in ErrorOther message

• Lead Opt-Out [VEL-66785]: When Lead is opted out, chat displays Failed to get channel messages error
