Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LoanEngage is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
Fixed Issues
The following issues have been fixed with this release:
- Lead Access: In some cases, users were able to search for leads by their unique ID number even if they did not have permission to see those leads. This has been resolved.
- Encompass API Export: Certain Velocify system fields were unable to be mapped to Encompass with the new Encompass API integration. To fix the issue, mapping has been updated to include the following loan fields - Lead Source, Lead ID, Status, and Agent ID.
- Custom Report: Custom Reports with the base data "Page View Logs" sometimes timed out.
