Velocify LoanEngage 24.1 May Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LoanEngage is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved with This Release

The following issue has been fixed with this release:

  • Confirmed Duplicate Report [VEL-70872]: Running Confirmed Duplicate Report resulted in an exception error. This has been fixed so that the report can now be run successfully.

  • SMS

    • Conversation Not Found Errors [VEL-71951]: Prior to this release, Conversation Not Found error message displayed upon sending SMS message. This has been fixed so that SMS messages are either sent, or the appropriate error displayed.

    • Out Of Memory Exceptions [VEL-71996]: High traffic to the SMS service, specifically on lead updates, resulted in OOM exceptions/timeouts. This has been fixed.
