Velocify LoanEngage 21.2 August Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LoanEngage is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved with This Release

The following issue has been fixed with this release:

  • Encompass API Sync: When incoming field values mapped from Encompass were updated to blank/null using the synch API, Velocify fields were not updated to blank/null values. This has been fixed so that Velocify field values are now updated to match Encompass blank/null field values.

This fix only impacts the Velocify-Encompass sync API, and does not impact the Velocify-Encompass sync SDK, Encompass APIs or Encompass SDK.
