Velocify LoanEngage 21.2 July Service Pack: Known Issues

ICE Mortgage Technology is aware of the following issues with Email Opt Out and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

• When a CC/BCC-ed email address unsubscribes, Reports/Logs/Lead History may display the To address as unsubscribed, although the CC/BCC-ed email has been unsubscribed. This display issue will be fixed in a future release.
• Opt-in is currently not working if a Velocify user attempts to opt-in an unsubscribed lead using the options in the Add/Edit Lead page. Opt-in continues to work if a lead unsubscribes and subscribes using the links in the email footer.
