What's In This Release (TPO Connect Administration)

SSF Changes

• New Custom Loan Navigation Menu Setting Added to Loan Navigation Tab Under Pages & Links Setting (NGENT-29878) - A new Custom Loan Navigation Menu setting has been added to the Loan Navigation tab. This setting enables you to use Secure Scripting Framework (SSF) to redirect the Loan Navigation Menu to an external page.

• New Custom Main Navigation Setting Added to Navigation Tab Under Pages & Links Setting (NGENT-29884, NGENT-30046) - A new Custom Main Navigation Menu setting has been added to the Navigation tab. This setting enables you to use SSF to redirect the Main Navigation Menu to an external page.

• Required Fields Pop Up Window Enabled with SSF Custom Pages (NGENT-23355) - Custom pages enabled using SSF can pass a list of required fields using the Required Fields pop up window.

• TPO Contacts Link Moved When Custom Main Navigation Enabled (NGENT-30374) - When a custom Loan Navigation Menu is enabled, the TPO Contacts link is displayed in the upper right corner of the page (next to the Contact Us link).

Fixed Issues

• Correct Sale Rep Now Assigned as Account Executive in File Contacts (NGENT-12788) - An issue was resolved where the Sales Rep of the user creating a loan was assigned as the AE in File Contacts instead of the Sales Rep of the Loan Officer (LO).

When there is no LO, the Sales Rep of the Correspondent File Contact (CFC) will be assigned as the AE. When there is no CFC, the Sales Rep of the user creating the loan will be assigned as the AE.

• Modifications to Organization Name on Encompass Company Details Basic Info Tab No Longer Affects Access to Loans in Encompass TPO Connect (NGENT-28844) - An issue was resolved where external Encompass users that were logged into Encompass TPO Connect could not access loans if the Organization Name associated with those loans was modified on the Encompass Company Details Basic Info tab.

• Custom Widget URL Field on Dashboard Widget tab Under Pages & Links Setting Now Functions Correctly (NGENT-30327) - An issue was resolved where the Custom Widget URL Field on the Dashboard Widget tab generated an error message “URL should start with https://.” when a URL that began with “https://” and either included dashes or used “localhost” was entered.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Website Updates)

Form Updates

• Updates to Input Forms to Clearly Identify Transfer Tax Line Items (NGENT-28997) - Several updates have been made to the Fee Management form to clearly identify which line items are transfer tax items.

• Additional Renewable Energy Component Type Fields Added (NGENT-29717) - To increase the number of product selections and attributes that can be sent to Freddie Mac, three additional Renewable Energy Component Type fields have been added.

• Updates to Closing Costs From Linked Loan Field (NGENT-30242) - Updates have been made to the Closing Costs from Linked Loan field to enable users to submit 2nd lien closing costs to DU or LPA when there is a 2nd lien loan that is not linked through TPO Connect.

• Save and Next Buttons Added to Bottom of URLA Forms (NGENT-25088) - To improve usability, an additional set of Save and Next buttons have been added to the bottom of the URLA forms.

Login Changes

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Options Now Available in TPO Connect (NGENT-10213) - Support for multi factor authentication has been added to TPO Connect, enabling administrators to add an additional layer of security to the traditional user name and password authentication method.

Fixed Issues

• EPPS Results Now Correctly Indicate Self-Employment (NGENT-28829) - Fixed an issue with EPPS not returning self-employed results.

• TPO Connect Now Passes Other REO Data to EPPS (NGENT-28849) - Fixed an issue where other real estate owned data was not passed to EPPS for product and pricing searches.

• Required FHA DU Fields Now Display For All FHA Loans (NGENT-29826) - Fixed and issue where required FHA fields didn’t always display when ordering DU for FHA loans.

• Self Employment Monthly Income (or Loss) Now Accepts Negative Value (NGENT-30190) - Fixed an issue where the Monthly Income (or Loss) field would not accept a negative value.

• Trade Pipeline no Longer Displays Blank Records When Changing Pages (NGENT-29505) - Fixed an issue where blank trade records would display when changing paged on the Trade Pipeline.
