Fixed Issues in Encompass Investor Connect 22.1

An issue was resolved that prevented Encompass administrators from removing access to the Loan Delivery Services option on the Encompass Pipeline menu for a persona created with the Access to All Features option enabled. This issue has been resolved and administrators can now successfully remove access to Loan Delivery Services for personas created with the Access to All Features option enabled.

An issue was resolved that caused the default configurations in the Investor Connect Settings (Encompass>Settings>External Company Setup>Investor Connect Settings) to not work correctly for a new instance of Encompass. The following error messages would display when a user attempted to configure the settings:

• When trying to enable the Batch Delivery option, the following error message displayed, and any changes made to the Batch Delivery option were not being saved:

  

The error messages displayed because of two issues:

• Previously, in a new instance of Encompass, users were not able to edit Batch Delivery or Auto Import settings without also editing the Condition Delivery setting. With this release, the default settings have been decoupled and the dependencies have been removed.

• Additionally, if no changes had been made to the default configuration in the Condition Delivery settings, the default email settings were not working, and the Gear icon was disabled for the Email Notifications setting.

These issues have been resolved and the following default settings now work as expected:

• The Auto Import toggle button is now set to OFF and the Gear icon is enabled.

• The Batch Delivery toggle button is set to OFF.

• The Conditions Delivery toggle button is set to OFF and all status checkboxes are cleared.

  Due to a user interface issue, the Conditions Delivery toggle button displays as ON, even though it is set to OFF by default. This is a known issue that will be addressed in a future release.

• The Email Notifications toggle button is set to ON with default values selected for each email notification option, and the Gear box is enabled.
