Fixed Issues in Encompass Investor Connect 26.2 Major Release
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass Investor Connect is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Successfully Sent Delivery Conditions Can No Longer Be Sent Multiple Times
An issue occurred where conditions for which responses had been successfully sent to partners, were displayed on the Delivery Condition Responses screen again, which resulted in the condition responses being sent to the investor more than once. This issue has been resolved. Condition responses that have been successfully delivered cannot be sent again. The only conditions that will be available to be sent will be updated conditions.
Loan Packaging for Exempt Instances Fails When UCD and/or UCD v2 Dataset Missing
An issue occurred with loan packaging for exempt instances when a UCD and/or UCD v2 dataset was required. This issue has been resolved. The loan fails packaging when the UCD and/or UCD v2 dataset is not found.
