Bid Tape Detail View

The Bid Tape Detail View provides detailed information for a specific Bid Tape Registration job to enable you to address any issues and resubmit any rows that were not processed.

ClosedTo Access the Bid Tape Detail View
  1. Click the Trades tab, and then click the Bid Tape Management tab.
  2. Click on a row to view its Bid Tape Detail.
  • The number next to Bid Tape Detail is the total number of loans in the details view.
  • The Job ID and and Job Stats rows provide a summary of the job.
  • The Severe count is the number of rejected or failed errors.
  • The Warning count is the number of warning errors.
  • The Error Log, which by default is expanded, displays every generated error.
  • The Error Details column provides information on why the loan was not registered. If the details exceed the column width, you can hover your mouse over the column to display additional information.
  • The Application Error Log, which by default is expanded, is only displayed when application errors are generated.
  • The Registered Loans log, which is by default expanded, displays every registered loan.
  • Clicking on the Encompass Loan # opens to the newly registered loan’s 1003 Page 1. Clicking on the Trades tab returns you to the Bid Tape Details view.
  • The Trade Assignment Status column indicates the status whether the loan was automatically assigned to the Commitment.
  • Assigned - The assignment and update were successful.
  • Assigned-Pending - The assignment was successful but the update has not been completed.
  • Unassigned - The assignment was not successful.
  • Hovering your mouse over an “Unassigned” Trade Assignment Status will display details on why the loan was not assigned.
  • Use the icons in the upper right corner to Refresh the Bid Tape Details, Export the Bid Tape Details to a .csv file, or Print the Bid Tape Details.
  1. Click on the arrow next to Bid Tape Detail to return to the Bid Tape Management grid.

ClosedTo Delete a Bid Tape Registration Job

  1. Click the Trades tab, and then click the Bid Tape Management tab.
  2. Place your cursor over the Status of the job you want to delete.
  3. A Delete icon will be displayed for jobs with one of the following statuses:

Jobs with a status of In Progress or Imported cannot be deleted (only canceled).

  • Canceled

  • Invalid File

  • Error

  • RegisteredWithError

  • Registered

  1. Click the Delete icon.
  2. When the “Delete this item?” prompt is displayed, click on Delete.

This delete action cannot be undone once Delete is clicked.

  1. The job is deleted from the Bid Tape Management view.

ClosedTo Enable Encompass TPO Connect Users to View Their Bid Tape Loans in Their Encompass TPO Connect Pipeline

To display bid tape loans, the following data will be required:

  • The Underwriting Delegated (field ID TPO.X88) field must be added to the Normalized Bid Tape Template setting.

  • The bid tape loan’s Site ID (field ID TPO.X1) field on the TPO Information screen must be populated with the value from the TPO ID (field ID TPO.X15) field.

  • A Production loan folder must be designated in Encompass TPO Connect by the administrator under Additional Settings>Loan Folders.

  • A unique external user with the EA/Sales Rep role will be automatically created for the external TPO company and assigned to the bid tape loans.
