Encompass Installer

Before a user can log into Encompass for the first time, the Encompass SmartClient components must be installed. This is a one-time-only procedure performed by a user logged on to the computer using a Microsoft Windows account and login with the admin user ID and password. Use the link below to start the installation process.

Important: This installer is only required for new installations or for computers that have never had Encompass installed. If Encompass is already installed and functioning on a machine—even if it was installed using an older installer—no update or reinstallation is required. Existing installations should not be upgraded using this installer.
