Encompass Persona-Based Release Notes

The Encompass Persona-Based release notes are organized by common Encompass personas. We recognize that each organization may define these roles differently. As such, you may want to review each persona's release note segment before sharing to ensure it aligns with the roles used within your organization.

How to Navigate Persona-Based Release Notes

Each Persona-Based Release Notes page includes three navigation buttons that help you view, filter, and understand persona-specific content. Their purposes are described below.

Filter by Personas

To create a customized on-screen version of the persona-based release notes, select Filter by Personas, and then choose one or more available personas to view their content.

To update your filtered view, select Filter by Personas, and then choose the personas you want to add or remove.

Persona Definitions

Select Persona Definitions to view general role descriptions that may help you align personas with roles in your organization. Then, choose a persona from the list to view its role description.

Print by Persona

To view a PDF version of the release notes for a specific persona, select the persona name under Print by Persona. A new browser window will open and display the corresponding PDF file.

Persona-Based Release Notes by Year

Select a release below to view persona-based content for that version of Encompass.
