Fixed Issues for Version 21.4.0.3 Server Patch 2(Banker Edition)

Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 21.4 Critical Patch 2 release includes the following items, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines (21.4.0.3). This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
When importing a MISMO 3.4 file into Encompass, either through Smart Client, APIs, or Encompass TPO Connect, the MISMO closing costs (EstimatedClosingCostsAmount) were previously importing into the Borrower Closing Costs including MIP and Prepaid Items (field ID URLA.X146) in Encompass, and Discount Points were not importing. MISMO closing costs now import into the Estimated Closing Costs (field ID 137) in Encompass, and the total is factored into the calculation of Borrower Closing Costs including MIP and Prepaid Items (field ID URLA.X146), along with Estimated Prepaid Items (field ID 138) and the MIP, PMI, Funding Fee (field ID 969). Additionally, MISMO borrower-paid discount points (BorrowerPaidDiscountPointsTotalAmount) now import into the additional amount applied to origination credits (field ID NEWHUD.X1227) in Encompass and MISMO discount points (DiscountPointsTotalAmount) now import into the Discount Points (field ID 1093) in Encompass.
If you are utilizing the Encompass SDK, upgrading to the new SDK package for 21.4.0.3 Server Patch 2 is required to receive this update.
An issue occurred for Encompass SDK users after upgrading to Encompass 21.4.0.1 or 21.4.0.2. After installing the latest Encompass SDK package for these Encompass versions, users received Application errors when attempting to log in and create a user session. For example:
'System.ArgumentException: Requested value 'Information' was not found.'
The cause of this issue was identified within the app.config file and it has been addressed. This issue has been resolved in the SDK package provided for Encompass 21.4.0.3.
