Details: The QM Payment Stream Pop-Up Window portion of the Updated APR/APOR Section on the ATR/QM Management Qualification Tab entry on the Feature Enhancements page was updated to explain that the sample payment scheduled provided via the QM Payment Stream button assumes a fixed interest rate at the maximum rate over the first 5 years of the loan.

Details: The following updates have been made to these release notes

• In the Updated Logic for Agency / GSE QM Patch Expiration Flag entry on the Feature Enhancements page, the text describing how the Agency/GSE QM Available field is populated for USDA-RD, FHA, or VA loans now indicates that the field now displays a blank value for these loans type. Previously the entry indicated that a value of NA would display.

• In the Updated APR/APOR Section on the ATR/QM Management Qualification Tab entry on the Feature Enhancements page, the text in the QM Payment Stream Pop-Up Window section of the entry describing when the message will display for the user after they click QM Payment Stream button has been changed from If the loan doesn't meet the General QM definition, the following message displays when a user clicks the button: to If the loan doesn't have an APR change, the following message will display when a user clicks the button:
