Feature Enhancements in Version 21.2.0.2 (Broker Edition)

Updates to the Encompass Client Machines

The Encompass 21.2 Major Release Critical Patch 2 includes the following enhancement, which is a client-side update that is applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.

URLA

Based on the ULAD MISMO specifications for the Verification of Other Assets (VOOA) and the Verification of Gifts and Grants (VOGG), the following updates have been made to the calculations for the Liquid Assets (field ID 915) amount for loans using the new URLA forms:

  • Pending Net Sale amounts are now included in Liquid Assets amount

  • Gifts and Grants that are not marked as Deposited in a VOGG record are now included in the Liquid Assets amount

  • Gifts and Grants that are marked as Deposited in a VOGG record are not included in the Liquid Assets amount

  • Earnest money is not included in the Liquid Assets amount
