Details: The New Verification of Additional Loan Records Now Assigned to Both Borrowers by Default for Piggyback Loans entry on the Fixed Issues page has been updated to indicate that the default selection applies only to VOAL records for piggyback loans.

New Verification of Additional Loan Records Now Assigned to Both Borrowers by Default

For loans using the new URLA forms, when you create a Verification of Additional Loan (VOAL) record, the Verification of Additional Loan is for dropdown list (field ID URLARAL0101) now defaults to Both when the record is created. You can then change the selection for the field as needed.

Creating a piggyback loan through the Piggyback Loan Tool creates a new VOAL record, which defaults to Both and is read-only. This ensure the additional loans are shown in Part 4 on all URLA Borrower Information pages printed from Encompass where there is a piggyback loan being originated with the current loan.

Details:  On 2/9/2021 these release notes were updated with two new sections on the Feature Enhancements and Fixed Issues pages to describe new feature enhancements and fixes to issues discovered during testing that were provided in the new Encompass 21.1.0.1 release on February 13, 2021. In the release notes, this release naming was described incorrectly. The release notes indicated that a server patch update was included with the 21.1.0.1 release, but this was not correct. All of the updates in Encompass 21.1.0.1 were applied to the Encompass client machines only. There was no server patch or updates to the Encompass Server for this release.

The references in the release notes to "Version 21.1.0.1 Server Patch 1" have been corrected to "Version 21.1.0.1".

These sections discuss new feature enhancements and fixes to issues discovered during testing that are now being provided in the Encompass 21.1.0.1 Server Patch 1 update currently planned for February 13, 2021.

Details:  The Updated Net Rental Income Calculation Updated for VOMs Use with the New URLA Forms entry on the Feature Enhancements page has been updated to correct the field ID for the Net Income/Loss. Previously the field ID was incorrectly listed as 1125. The entry has be updated to show the correct field ID of FM0032.
