Details: An entry for Updates to Enable $0 Payments on Disclosure Output Forms for HFA Loans was added on the Feature Enhancement page. This issue was addressed in the Encompass 20.2 release but was not included in the release notes.

Details: A new Fixed Issues for Version 20.2.0.1 Server Patch 1 section has been added to the Fixed Issues page. This section discusses the issues discovered during testing that are now being addressed in the Encompass 20.2.0.1 Server Patch update currently planned for November 7, 2020.

Details: The following new entry was added to the Feature Enhancements page:

VA Total Closing Costs and Recoupment Total Costs Editable Until Closing Disclosure Sent

The Total Closing Costs (field ID VASUMM.X138) and Recoupment Closing Costs (field ID VASUMM.X139) in the Opening Veteran Comparison Statement section on the Qualification tab on the VA Management input form can now be updated before a Closing Disclosure record is created in the Disclosure Tracking tool. Previously these fields were no longer editable after an initial Loan Estimate record was created in the Disclosure Tracking tool. This update makes it possible to use the current Loan Estimate values for the VA Rate Reduction Certification in the event of a re-disclosure prior to creating the first Closing Disclosure tracking record.

Details: In previous versions of these release notes, the new Enhanced Conditions settings and features were discussed. Enhanced conditions are new conditions that can be created and used to support condition customization at a condition level and field level, and to enable condition reports to be generated across multiple loans (both of which are not currently supported by the standard conditions provided in earlier versions of Encompass). Enhanced conditions will not be available in Encompass 20.2 - Broker Edition. The availability of enhanced conditions in Broker Edition is targeted for a future Encompass release. Therefore. the Introducing Enhanced Conditions entry on the New Features and Forms page has been removed from these release notes.
