Feature Enhancements in Version 19.1.0.5 Server Patch 4
This Encompass 19.1 March Service Pack includes updates to users' Encompass client machines (19.1.0.5) and a Server Patch (server patch 4) that is applied to the Encompass Server.
Updates to the Encompass Server (i.e., Server Patch 4)
Below is the update in the Server Patch that is applied to the Encompass Server. The Server Patch contains the relevant Encompass code that applies to the following fixed issues. The Server Patch included with this release will be applied to the Encompass Server automatically and cannot be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool.

Updates to the Encompass SDK Log In Operations to Help Prevent Timeout Errors
Some Encompass SDK users received intermittent timeout errors such as this one when attempting to log into Encompass via the SDK:
Unable to obtain LOCK in specified time Taken for userstore login calls.
The relevant code related to this issue was identified and updated to help ensure that these timeout errors are no longer triggered and Encompass SDK users can log into Encompass as expected.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 19.1 March Service Pack includes the following enhancements, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Title and Closing Service Updates
Added Green Alerts for Orders Sent to the Ellie Mae Title and Closing Center
To notify lenders of important updates for orders sent to title companies using the Ellie Mae Title and Closing Center, new green alerts have been added to Encompass for the following scenarios:

When the title agent accepts or rejects an order

When the title agent sends a document to the Encompass lender

These alerts will only appear for orders sent to title companies using the Ellie Mae Title and Closing Center. To identify these companies in the Encompass Title & Closing Service, check that they have Ellie Mae Portal listed as the integration type on the My Title Companies tab or Search and Manage tab's Integration Type column.

Get and Set Properties Now Available in Encompass SDK for Post-Closing Condition Printing Options
In Encompass 19.1, two new fields were added to the Encompass Reporting Database to enable the Print Internally and Print Externally options for Post-Closing conditions in the eFolder to be reportable:
- PostCondition.PrintInternally
- PostCondition.PrintExternally
Starting in the new Encompass SDK package provided for this Encompass 19.1.0.5 Server Patch 4 release, the Get and Set properties for these fields are now available. With these properties now exposed, clients no longer need to manually set these flags within Encompass.
