Fixed Issues for Version 18.1.0.3 Server Patch 2
The Encompass 18.1 Critical Patch 1 is a Server Patch that is applied to the Encompass Server. The Server Patch included with this release will be applied to the Encompass Server automatically and cannot be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool.
Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. The issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Update to the Encompass Server (i.e., Server Patch 2)
The Encompass 18.1 Critical Patch 1 is a Server Patch that is applied to the Encompass Server. The Server Patch contains the relevant Encompass code that resolves the following critical issue.
Encompass Pipeline
An issue occurred for users when moving loans from one loan folder to another. After moving the loan, the name that displayed in the custom Loan Folder Name column in the Encompass Pipeline (that is populated based on the loan folder name indicated in the Encompass Reporting Database) was not accurate. It was still displaying the name of the loan’s previous folder location. This issue has been resolved and the correct loan folder name is now being provided in this column as expected.
Note that this issue did not occur for those clients who added the 'Loan Folder Name' custom column that is provided in the Pipeline's Customize Columns list by default to their Pipeline View(s). This issue only occurred for users who had previously added the Loan Folder Name field (field ID LOANFOLDER) to the Encompass Reporting Database AND then added this 'Loan Folder Name' custom column to their Pipeline View(s). The default 'Loan Folder Name' column pulls its information from the Loan Summary Table, while the other 'Loan Folder Name' column pulls its information from the Reporting Database.
With this update, both of these ‘Loan Folder Name’ Pipeline columns will now correctly display the loan’s current loan folder location. Please note that the update applies only to those loans getting moved from one loan folder to another after the Critical Patch 1 release has been applied to your system. To resolve this issue on your own for impacted loans that were moved prior to this update, this Critical Patch 1 release must be applied to your Encompass Server and then you must rebuild your Pipeline.
